To maintain hygiene standards, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return delivery charges are to be borne by the customer. Simply reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery to initiate your request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer flat-rate delivery of 200 PKR within Pakistan, arriving in 4-5 working days. International delivery takes 15-20 days, with costs calculated at checkout based on location. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
To ensure prompt delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
